Web UX & Design
Teladvance.com
Internal restructuring and the addition of a new ITAD services department led to a need for a full website redesign and optimization, in order to present Teladvance's new mission and services in a clear, modern design.
Wireframes and mockups designed in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator.
Website developed in Wordpress.
GOAL
Design responsive UX for updated Teladvance website, displaying and detailing all services, processes, and missions in a concise and understandable fashion.
Provided wireframes, storyboards, and high-fidelity prototypes to off-shore development team to expedite build time.
Provided and designed images, graphics, icons, and copy to convey messaging as clearly and elegantly as possible.
DESIGN FEATURES
- Designed motion-graphic dial for main hero section, displaying icons representing various Teladvance solutions.
(image shown - top left)
- Included Solutions section on Home page to encourage users to learn about the wide range of services Teladvance offers.
- Combined closely-related services like Consumer Returns and Trade-In Programs onto a single page to keep the Solutions menu more organized and to avoid repetition of "Value Recovery" messaging.
- A value-recovery process needed to be displayed sequentially, so I used a vertical-timeline graphic to showcase the value-recovery process in order.
