These projects require a delicate trace of the area for recoloring, carefully tracing around plants, leaves, windows, & trim. I then gently change the color of the house to the desired hue, and add any necessary shadows, for a realistic concept of the new color.
Several homes that local Dallas real-estate agents had trouble marketing, sold after showing clients my concept images.
